This blog gives you a glimpse into the upcoming Sunday Gathering. It's an opportunity to read through the passage we'll be studying together, pray through some of the liturgy we'll be using, and listen to a selection of the songs we’ll be singing

MICAH 4: 1-8

This week Alex Passmore will be preaching from God’s word to us from Micah 4:1-8.

This Sunday we will be meeting at the main St Chad’s Church building. Parking will be limited so please allow time to park and walk up.

LITURGY

COMMITMENT READING

After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice:

“Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”

All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshipped God, saying:

“Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honour and power and strength be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!”

(Revelation 7:9-12)

 MUSIC

  • Revelation Song (Kari Jobe): A song of praise that sings of the glory and majesty of Christ and looks forward to the day where we will be with him for all of eternity.

  • It is Well:  A hymn that sings of the peace we can know and the security of our salvation through faith in Jesus.
