Redeemer’s Ministry Trainee Scheme is a structured year or two of theological training, spiritual formation and supervised ministry experience. 

It’s designed to help you grow in character, biblical understanding and practical ministry skills, while exploring a potential call to longer-term Christian ministry.

We believe that Christian ministry is learned as much as it is taught – through Bible teaching, prayer, care and community. We want to form men and women whose love for God and his word runs deep, whose character is shaped by the gospel they proclaim, and who are testing and refining their instincts for ministry in the life of a real church, among the people of Leeds whom Jesus longs to reach.
